We ask that you please consider all sales final. . Please read product descriptions carefully and receive all information before placing your order. Don't hesitate to contact me before purchasing with any questions. Questions about products helps me to improve my product descriptions and shop policies! 


In the event of damaged or defective goods we will happily work with you to arrive at a suitable solution.


If an item is to be returned the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Cancellations may be requested within 1 hour of placing the order and if the order has not shipped yet. Sometimes orders are packaged and shipped immediately. Once an order has shipped it will not be cancelled. 


For questions regarding a package that has been shipped, please reference your tracking number. If a package is proven lost in transit or arrives damaged, a claim will be filed with the postal service and we will proceed from there. If the tracking number shows that the package has been delivered there will not be a refund or replacement offered.
